This agency located on the north shore is seeking an experienced property professional. Perhaps you have worked as a sales agent and are now seeking to work on the buyers side?
The Role:
This role will see you managing and growing your own clients ensuring you are maintain an active pipeline of ‘property buyers’ coming in to the business.
- Attend face to face client meetings – investors, 1st home buyers etc
- Search research and deliver suitable properties to clients brief
- Foster and build strong relationships with real estate agents
- Attend open homes, undertake property inspections – on & off market
- Liaise with solicitors, building inspectors, sales agents etc.
- Business Development / Lead generation
Specific Requirements:
- Real Estate sales experience is essential
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Excellent knowledge of Sydney especially North Sydney
- Sales professional with proven ability at exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate presentation & highly motivated
- Car and drivers’ license
- Strong network from previous/ current sales roles
