Being an employer of choice, they have an impressive retention rate of staff meaning these positions don't come across often. They are looking for someone to handle the day to day management of a portfolio of retail properties. Additional duties include:
- Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners
- Conduct rent reviews
- Financial management, planning, and administration
- Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team
- Development and implementation of marketing plans
- Interfacing with new clients.
To be considered you will hold a current Real Estate Registration and have previous experience in retail property management. Superior communication and client servicing skills are required with a keen eye for detail. You will have a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success with great team management experience but also loves to be a hands-on property manager.
