An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Assistant Centre Manager/Retail Property Manager looking to work at a well-known shopping centre in Northern NSW.
We are accepting applications from individuals who have worked as an Admin Manager or Marketing Manager for a shopping centre owner or agency.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be assisting in the day to day operations of the shopping centre. This will include focussing on the retailers, customers, and their experience in the centre. You will also assist in collecting sales figures, chasing up arrears and dealing with tenant/customer queries.
The Ideal applicant will have:
- Min 1-3+ years’ experience working in a shopping centre management team either as a Retail Property Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, Administration or Marketing Managers position.
- High skill level with all Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using MRI Software would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Strong experience with financial management
