They are seeking a dynamic Retail Property Manager to join their team in delivering best practice management services and build upon its excellent relationships with all existing and future clients. The role will be overseeing a key retail portfolio based in the Perth CBD and city fringes made up mainly of high net worth investors. There will be an opportunity for growth within the business for the right candidate within 12-18 months.
You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:
- Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with owners and tenants
- All areas of repairs & maintenance for the portfolio
- Lease renewals and negotiations
- Financial management including budgets and monitoring arrears
- Tenancy schedules and market rent reviews
You will have already attained your WA sales registration and have experience at least 4 years’ experience within Commercial property management, ideally with experience overseeing a retail portfolio. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. With advanced negotiation, valuing ability, and critical thinking skills you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car.
