We have a new opportunity available for an experienced Property Management professional to take over a senior portfolio of 160 properties. Feel supported with a Leasing team around you, as well as incredible support offered with lease renewals, general admin & reporting.
- Incredibly successful Real Estate agency with over 1000 properties on their rent roll
- North side location
- No weekend work required
- Parking onsite + use of a company car during business hours
- $55-65,000 + Super - salary negotiable on experience
- Lot's of growth plans in place
- PropertyTree software used

The successful candidate:
- 3-5 years + experience managing a portfolio within Property Management
- Valid QLD certificate of registration
- Outgoing & customer service focused
- QLD drivers licence
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, always looking to work efficiently and effectively
- Professional personal presentation
