RESIDENTIAL SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

It’s difficult for us to describe just how good this opportunity is! Not only is this Company a stellar business with a strong team culture and long-term staff (some 10+ years), they have over 1000 managements and over 10,000 contacts on their database. Furthermore, they are poised perfectly within high-development areas where there is a strong pipeline of new projects due to settle in the foreseeable future, and will be ripe for the picking by an ambitious Sales / BDM Executive
 
The Role:
With the business already generating 1 – 2 new listings a month automatically, your day to day will include:

  • Prospecting through the database for listings
  • Conducting listing presentations
  • Coordinating advertising with the Marketing Team
  • Prepare for and undertake open for inspections
  • Negotiate sales
  • Nurture relationships with Buyers and your pipeline

Requirements:
If you have been in a Sales Associate role and want to take the next step, or are an Agent seeking a role where you can gain traction quickly – this is for you

  • Real Estate sales experience (preferably on the fringe suburbs of Sydney CBD)
  • Current Certificate of Registration / License, car and driver’s license
  • Desire to learn and grow within a thriving office
  • Multi-lingual (Mandarin) will be viewed with preference but NOT essential
