ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to appoint an experienced and confident Property Manager to join our busy team.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Building relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
- Responding to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- New tenant sign ups
- Property condition reports
- Final bond inspections
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Managing rent arrears
- Comparative market analysis reports
- Overseeing property maintenance
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Property Management registration
- 2/3 years’ continuous experience as a Property Manager
- Experience of working with REST
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work productively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current driver’s license
- Work well within a team environment
- Professional presentation
- Strong administrative and time management skills
