Your Role:
Based from an office on the Eastern side of the CBD, you will
- Liaise with the Leasing Executive re: pending applications
- Process applications through thorough checks
- Manage Landlord communications around applications & gaining approval to proceed
- Direct the Admin team for Lease Preparation
- Inspect rentals that have been ‘on the market’ beyond 2 weeks and provide strategic advice around pricing, styling or advertising
- Support the wider team where required
You Will Need:
As this is such a high-demand company, this role is offered on a 3 month trial, with a view to move to permanent based on performance. To be successful you will have:
- Extensive experience with processing applications (5+ simultaneously)
- Strong market and rental-price knowledge
- Ability to drive negotiations with an array of ethnicities
- Certificate of Registration (or willingness to gain)
- A reliable car (and valid Drivers License)
- Describe yourself as dynamic, adaptive to frequent change and resilient
- A genuine love of Real Estate and the pace that it moves
