Role Overview:
This position is required to provide high levels of customer service, administrative support and coordination to the day to day operations and goals of the Property Management growth team. As the dedicated Leasing Manager, the main responsibilities of this position are to manage administration and functionality between the New Business & Leasing team, and ensuring a smooth hand over the the Property Management team.
Technical skills and experience required:
- 2-4 years experience within residential Property Management Leasing or New Business
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Must be extremely motivated, passionate and want to pursue a long-term career in real estate
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and first-class time management skills
- Impeccable presentation and amazing customer service are a must - you will be dealing with high profile clientele
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
