Duties: Holding a pivotal role within this team and fueling information required to arm developer clients, support the sales team and assist in the ongoing promotion of business expertise, this role will see you undertake the following duties:
- Researching / compiling residential off-the-plan sales data
- Maintaining research databases and undertaking other research activities
- Preparing written research reports – both formal and layman’s for the marketplace
- Maintaining up to date market knowledge
- Observing trends from research data
- Converting findings to practical application and interpretation
Specific requirements:
We are seeking someone with entrepreneurial spirit as you will be able to make this role your own.
- Degree qualified in property, finance or similar
- Preferably some experience working as a property analyst
- Have an interest in property with an inquisitive and analytical mind
- Ability to build relationships for info gathering
- Strong report writing skills
- Sales and marketing flair
