Relationship Manager / Buyers Agent

THE COMPANY

Our client is a multi-Award-winning Buyers Agency that specialises in sourcing and securing prestige homes predominantly in the Eastern Suburbs and are looking to grow their management team.

YOUR NEW ROLE

This role will primarily see you managing clients and networking with Agents / Agencies to keep an active pipeline of buying clients coming in to the business as well as:  

  • Maintain exceptional standards in qualifying new clients, following research process, outline of acquisition strategy, evaluation, property reporting and negotiation etc.
  • Maintain and grow existing corporate relationships
  • Research and identify new B2B referral partners such as: Financial Services, HR and Real Estate
  • Attendance of weekly B2B/key stakeholder meetings both new and existing
  • Working with Directors to develop bespoke and creative solutions to various stakeholders, through in-depth understanding of their unique wants/needs 
  • Co-managing the team of buyers agents, contractors and researchers
  • Submit detailed and accurate weekly progress reports to the MD
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within CRM

REQUIREMENTS

This role will suit an ambitious Buyers Agent who is looking for long term personal growth by partnering with a well-established and highly regarded brand with access to proven systems, deep networks, mentoring, marketing and industry leading proprietary search technology.

  • Be a proven property investor who has achieved results
  • A current Buyers Agent Certificate or License (or in process)
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Buyer’s Agent (in the Eastern Suburbs preferred)
  • Strong networker with excellent negotiation skills, and a Manager who leads by example
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset and open to embracing new tech
  • Superior time management and relationship building skills
  • Car and Driver’s License
