The Company:
With over 30 direct employees, this company is a premium provider of Building and Facilities Management Services looking to hire a dedicated Relationship Manager to continue their growth and enhance client experience
Your New Role:
Working side by side with the GM and Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients
Duties:
- Ensure each client is supported and happy with the service
- Undertake site visits when required
- Collate, correct and distribute monthly Building Management reports
- Attend all Strata Meetings – including Executive, Extraordinary and Annual General Meetings
- Responding to and resolving any complaints
- Meeting KPI’s and regularly gaining testimonials
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to operate autonomously
- Customer service focus, excellent presentation and good communicator
- Strata, Facilities Management or Building Management background preferred (but not essential)
- Have an approachable & friendly disposition
