Our client are a well-regarded Developer Builder with a national reach. They are highly awarded and are known for producing quality homes across the Eastern Seaboard.
About the role
As the face of the sales business, you will be responsible for the delivery of sales targets and quality customer engagement. Other duties will include:
- Leading a team of likeminded Salespeople
- Delivering and developing sales objectives and targets
- Mentoring and motivating the team
- Networking and stakeholder management
- Reporting and commentary on sales activity
- Any other general duties as required
Skills and experience
- A true Sales Leader with 10 + years experience leading and driving sales results
- You will come with a strong background in Property Sales, established in Development or New Homes
- You will hold a current Real Estate Licence Certificate
- You will have your own car and a current driver’s licence
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Related Degree Qualification is advantageous, not essential
