Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator

Seeking a driven individual with excellent administrative & communication skills to join our team. IMMEDIATE START

The Role:
Due to growth, we are seeking an organised individual with experience in administration and strong communication skills to methodically juggle the priorities of this rewarding role.

As the first point of contact for all things recruitment, no two days will be the same. You will immerse yourself with posting advertisements, screening applications, reference checking and following up on the high volume of administrative tasks to ensure we deliver excellent service to our clients.
  
About You:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are naturally organised and relentless in pursuing a positive end result for our clients. With strong administration and customer service experience, you have the capability to learn our recruitment processes and hit the ground running.

What we are looking for?

  • We'd love someone not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen
  • High energy! We're looking for a real "people person"
  • Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box
  • Exceptional communication skills and well presented
  • Prior property or real estate experience is advantageous, but not required
