Responsibilities will include taking on the role of office all-rounder including diary management, answering phones, providing a warm welcome to visitors, property management assistance, filing and organising the office and general administration.
This is a highly flexible role which may be suitable for an ‘up and comer’ on a full-time basis or, an experienced administrator, looking for part time hours.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in an office environment
- Immaculate presentation
- High level organisation and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with new systems
- Have a big personality and a friendly smile
- Experience within the property industry will be advantageous
