Receptionist/Office Allrounder

Opportunity for an office allrounder with Perth agency specialising in commercial, retail and industrial property

About:

This boutique Property agency has established a solid reputation across both the Perth metropolitan and Western Australia regional areas for delivering the highest level of service to their clients. Under the guidance of a Director who is not only well connected in the industry but also highly respected, they provide Property Management & Leasing services to a diverse portfolio across Commercial, Retail & Industrial.
  
Responsibilities will include taking on the role of office all-rounder including diary management, answering phones, providing a warm welcome to visitors, property management assistance, filing and organising the office and general administration.
  
This is a highly flexible role which may be suitable for an ‘up and comer’ on a full-time basis or, an experienced administrator, looking for part time hours.
  
The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in an office environment
  • Immaculate presentation
  • High level organisation and time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with new systems
  • Have a big personality and a friendly smile
  • Experience within the property industry will be advantageous
