About the role
My client is looking for a bubbly and professional receptionist for their Real Estate Agency. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be eager to get involved in running the day to day operations of the business and provide general business administration duties.
Key duties
- Collaboratively support Property and Finance teams by managing various administrative tasks.
- Initiate daily office and telephone operations at 8:30 am, following instructions if otherwise directed.
- Handle mail collection, distribution, and registration, ensuring efficient office communication.
- Maintain a tidy work environment, overseeing kitchen upkeep, grocery purchases, and general office organization.
- Manage diverse responsibilities, including call direction, notification distribution, contact list maintenance, filing system management, office equipment coordination, document printing, and boardroom facility oversight.

Skills and experience
- Immediate to Advanced in Microsoft packages - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- Demonstrable experience at least 1-2 years in administration and providing support to a team.
- Can do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within tight timelines and under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised and efficient.
- Team player with a positive outlook.
