About the Role;
- Monday to Friday role
- Greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Taking and passing on relevant messages
- Mail distribution/collecting mail
- Maintain Reception area and meeting rooms
- Salary of $45,000 - $50,000 + Superannuation
About You;
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel being used regularly
- Minimum 1 year Receptionist/Admin within the real estate industry
- Well-spoken and excellent phone skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Well-groomed, professionally presented and energetic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patient and cool-headed under pressure
- Switched on and good at multi-tasking
- Passionate about the Real Estate & Property sector
