- $55K - $60K Package
- Monday to Friday, 1 : 4 Saturdays

The Company:
Our client is based in an exciting & multi-cultural hub on the city fringe. Thriving due to their stellar reputation they are seeking for a ‘Director Of First Impressions’ to join their busy, friendly and professional team.
Your New Role:
Ideally you will come with Real Estate experience, but someone coming from a Reception / Concierge-style role will also be considered for this role!
- Answer & direct incoming calls/emails
- Meet and greet visitors to the office
- Provide admin support to Property Management team
- Coordinate keys for tradesmen & Saturday Opens
- Assist callers with general sales and rental enquiries
- Maintain presentation of reception area and meeting rooms
About You:
- Excellent presentation and clear communication skills
- Bubbly, personable and reliable
- Excited and dedicated to a career in Real Estate
- Certificate of Registration preferred (but not essential)
