About the Client
Our client are established as one of Australia's most well known agencies and have a name synonymous with excellence.
They are a local Inner Eastern based office of a large, well-known real estate network who are known for providing the very best service and specialist knowledge to ensure their clients receive the best returns on their investments, whether they be through sales or property management.
About the Role
A switched on Receptionist is required to meet and greet clients whilst assisting with any overflow work.
Duties and responsibilities:
Answering phones
Greeting clients
Updating the database
Preparing for Opens/Auctions
Preparing reports on appraisals etc
About You
Reception experience in real estate or allied industry
Excellent personal presentation
Strong focus on excellent customer service provision
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
Sales Administration experience in Real Estate is highly regarded.
