Receptionist – Southern River / Canning Vale Real Estate Agency
Receptionist required for growing real estate agency in the heart of Canning Vale / Southern River
Century 21 Resicomml has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional and vibrant receptionist to join our busy team in the heart of South Perth. Our professional staff provide excellence to clients and are committed to providing the best customer service possible. As the receptionist you will be the face of our company and will possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:
Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist in a professional environment
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a real estate agency
Skills
• Be able to provide exceptional customer service and reception duties
• Be able to multi task and follow through to completion
• Be highly skilled with all social media platforms
• Have exceptional interpersonal skills and be comfortable and confident dealing with a variety of people
• Possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, (including Excel & Word), excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have excellent grammar and spelling
Attributes
• Immaculately groomed with a professional manner and well spoken
• Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy
• Show initiative, be proactive and work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to learn quickly and possess a strong work ethic

The position:
• You will ensure that every client interaction either face to face or on the phone is a positive one – first impressions count and you will be the first and last point of contact for most clients
• Provide support to our busy property management team
• Answer phones & distributing messages in a professional & efficient manner
• Assist with property management & sales queries
• Greet clients in a friendly manner as first point of contact
