Our Client:

Well-known Real Estate Company is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. They will offer you excellent training & room for growth in a great working environment.

The Role:

Supporting a vibrant boutique team of 10 in this city fringe agency, you will command the front office chair and be responsible for admin support. Duties will include:

  • Taking and addressing all inbound enquiries
  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Ensuring a tidy and well stocked office
  • Supporting property management with drafting leases and notices
  • Helping to arrange property access for opens
  • General admin support as required

The successful candidate:

  • Certificate of Registration is a must
  • Excellent English & friendly demeanour
  • Reasonable proximity to preferred
  • Strong admin and organisational skills
