Well-known Real Estate Company is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. They will offer you excellent training & room for growth in a great working environment.
The Role:
Supporting a vibrant boutique team of 10 in this city fringe agency, you will command the front office chair and be responsible for admin support. Duties will include:
- Taking and addressing all inbound enquiries
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Ensuring a tidy and well stocked office
- Supporting property management with drafting leases and notices
- Helping to arrange property access for opens
- General admin support as required
The successful candidate:
- Certificate of Registration is a must
- Excellent English & friendly demeanour
- Reasonable proximity to preferred
- Strong admin and organisational skills
