Renowned for their high level of service and track record of delivery, they have worked on an impressive list of key projects and manage an ever-expanding portfolio. They have a loyal, long-standing team of hardworking, energetic and highly impressive property professionals, and a culture that is inspirational, the team is focused and highly capable.
Due to growth, they are now seeking a highly capable receptionist/marketing assistant to join their team. This opportunity would be perfect for a marketing grad who has either finished their studies, or in their final year.
Duties will include:
- Reception and Administration duties
- Marketing Material Development - social media, website, promotional activities, collation of sales figures
- Office Supplies Ordering and Management
- IT - Account Set-Up/Management of Existing Users
- Printer Management
- Database management
- Monitoring contractors and visitors
- General administration/clerical support
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar receptionist and administration role with exposure to marketing, property experience will be highly desirable but not essential. This role suits someone that enjoys interacting with clients daily and being the face of the businesses while working across key administration and marketing tasks.
You will be articulate, immaculately presented and have fantastic customer service skills. You will have strong general computer skills including a sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
