About The Role
As a Sales Representative for Trident Property Partners, your role is to:
• Generate new leads
• Market and promote projects that selected by Company
• First point of contact for prospect (i.e Identify prospect's needs, provide relevant project information, site visit, contract signing, assisting in loan application and monitor final settlement)
• Open for inspection
• Must be available to work Weekends (Mandatory) and outside working hours as required
You will be required to work effectively and committed in achieving personal and business goals.
Skills & Experience
• Hold a valid Sales Representative Registration is mandatory
• Experience in off the plan sales will be highly regarded
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to create own leads
• Bilingual speakers would be an advantage but not necessary
• Ability to provide high level of customer service
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Goal oriented, passionate, professionally presented, results driven sales professional
