THE ROLE:
This role is working as a Sales Agent, working alongside leading industry professionals in their project marketing and traditional real estate team. Your day to day key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop a prospecting plan to obtain listings
- Conduct prospecting activities
- Develop and maintain a contact database
- Inspect and list properties for sale
- Maintain regular contact with owners of the listed properties
- Prepare marketing and conduct service activities to sell listed properties
- Conduct inspections by available buyers of properties for sale
- Prepare and negotiate contracts of sale for properties
- Supervise the contract of sale to negotiation
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Min 2 years of industry experience as a Real Estate Agent
- Interpersonal and telephone skills
- Process high volume and multi-task
- Attention to detail and accuracy whilst working to deadlines
- Proficient in general computer skills, data entry, Microsoft Office
- Current Real Estate Licence
- Clean & current Drivers Licence

SALARY:
- Commission only - 80% on every single deal from the get-go
- Any new management staff bring on 20% cash flow of all managements referred paid monthly
- 50% ownership of any managements (ownership kicks in after 3 years working for the business)
