Your New Role:
You will be working for a tightly-knit, high energy real estate agency with a strong market presence and unique agent model that places importance on agent freedom and opportunities for growth. Their services are designed to place focus on the buyer, seller, and agent by removing the constraints of traditional agencies.
The Candidate
- You will be an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial-minded property professional
- Eligibility to work commission-only
- Property related degree will be highly regarded
- Real Estate Certificate or License
Duties:
- Ongoing networking to build rapport with clients
- Source & analyse properties for sale
- Property negotiations
- Due diligence
- Property inspections
- Nurturing of leads
Requirements:
- Full Real Estate Licence
- Min 12 months Real Estate sales experience
- Strong communication & networking skills
- Initiative to capitalise on opportunities, staying ahead of the game
- Highly motivated & a strong negotiator
