The Role:
Working in a POD with an experienced Senior Property Manager, this role will see you taking control of all items to do with tenants in this portfolio of 250 properties:
- Liaise with and addressing queries from tenants
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Carrying out ingoing and routine inspections & providing reports
- Advertising and managing leasing duties
Specific requirements:
- Property Management experience (Admin, Leasing etc)
- Current Certificate of Registration / License
- Car & Drivers license
- Fully vaccinated
