Are you interested in gaining experience within the affordable housing space? We are looking for an experienced Property Manager or Property Manager Assistant to commit to a 6 month contract with possible extension. Our client, a highly reputable not-for-profit company, has an exciting opportunity available working closely with one of their Senior Property Managers, managing a portfolio of properties within the affordable housing space.

THE DESIRED CANDIDATE

Minimum 12 months Property Management experience
Console experience desirable
QLD Real Estate registration certificate
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and keep organised within demanding times, holding a professional standard of customer service at all times
Patient, understanding and nurturing nature
