Located on the Sunshine Coast, you would be walking into managing a portfolio of around 200 residential properties. No weekend work is required, no Leasing on your portfolio and you will have access to the offices A Grade Admin team who help this business shine! You also have access to a team that will assist with all of the out of office duties!

To be successful you must:
- Have residential Property Management experience managing a portfolio
- Hold a current QLD certificate of registration
- Have your full QLD drivers licence
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be goal driven and self motivated to fit into a like minded team
