The Company
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic and progressive agency in the South West as their Property Manager. Having started in 2013 they now have 3 business brands and approximately 13 employees across the brand.
The Role:
Attitude and reliability is everything for this client and this agency is big on promoting within the business - their current PM and Senior PM both started in Admin.
- Day to day management of approx. 100 properties
- Landlord and tenant communications
- Managing repairs and coordinating tradespeople
- Taking rental enquiries and showing properties
- Chasing rental arrears
To be successful:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Certificate of Registration
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- Attitude is everything – you must have a great attitude
- Excellent presentation is a must
