- Working across a portfolio end to end of 120 - 140 properties
- Well maintained and clean property portfolio (working with a large portion of new developments)

The type of candidate we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 + years PM experience - an end to end portfolio management favored
- Ability to successfully build relationships with clients and retain managements
- Easy going, professional and friendly personality
- A proactive approach to your work
- Ability to step up and work under pressure
