THE ROLE:

End to end management of a portfolio consisting of 70-80 properties, no trust management
Leasing and admin support available
Monday to Friday role!
Working within a small energetic team
Fuel allowance
Attractive salary on offer up to $58k + Super

THE CANDIDATE:

QLD Certificate of Registration
Minimum 1-2 years experience within Property Management portfolio management
Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
Outstanding organisation and time management
Ability to deliver high end customer service
