Responsibilities
- Manage a rent roll of 140 properties
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Land lord & tenant liaisons
- Periodic inspections and reporting
The Candidate
- Property Management experience essential
- Fantastic presentation and attitude
- Local area knowledge in the Inner West
- Fantastic Customer Service skills
- Certificate of Registration, car & driver’s license
