Your New Role

Working in this incredible boutique business in the Inner West of Sydney, you will be supported by an experienced Lease Executive (used to be the Property Manager), and be tasked with maintenance of this extremely clean portfolio.

Day to day will include:

• Management of 155 properties
• Taking and addressing enquiries from landlords and tenants
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Undertake routine and outgoing inspections
• Reduce arrears and maximise rents
• Conduct lease sign-ups
• Apply to and appear at Tribunal when required
• Business development to continue the growth of the portfolio
