- Manage a portfolio of 140 properties
- Close knit, supportive environment
- Only the occasional Saturday required with time in lieu
- $65,000 + Superannuation + Fuel Allowance
- Ability to progress in the role
THE CANDIDATE:
- 1-3 Years experience within Property Management
- Open to an Assistant PM wanting to step up
- Strong, confident and innovative team member
- QLD Real Estate registration certificate as well as drivers licence & reliable vehicle
- Professional personal presentation
- Excellent communicator
- Driven and motivated towards success and kicking goals
