THE ROLE

• Supporting an experienced Senior Property Manager, co managing 200 properties in and around the surrounding suburbs 
• A wide range of both in and out of office tasks, shared evenly between yourself and the Senior 
• Very supportive, positive environment where everyone no matter what role title they have will help as required
• Monday to Friday
• Leasing, admin and VA support 
• PropertyMe software used
• Parking provided onsite
• Neat and tidy rent roll, an office with professional and consistent processes 

ABOUT YOU

• You will be experienced within administration/Property Management within Real Estate 
• A keen interest to progress your Property Management career and to join an agency that will support your development
• PropertyMe software experience desirable 
• Reliable vehicle with QLD drives licence valid 
• QLD Real Estate registration essential
