Property Manager Assistant

Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Conduct Inspections (including Routine/Final inspections etc)
- Arrange and Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants and tradespeople
- Organising the preparation of rental paperwork including lease agreements, rental authorities, and bonds
- Assist in the preparation of rental marketing material
- Prepare and hand over documentation and keys to tenants
- Assist and follow up with tenants on lease agreements, arrears, etc.
You must have the following:
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Great computer skills and Microsoft office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Enthusiasm for Customer service
Most importantly you will have a proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and contribute to our team.This role needs work 5 days a week at Monday to Friday (no weekends).
