THE ROLE
- Working closely with 1 x Senior Property Manager on your own portfolio
- Heaps of support provided with a Routines Inspections Officer, administrator and VA support
- Duties will include Leasing, over flow of routines, assistance with maintenance and providing a high level of communication to both tenants and landlords
- Very supportive, positive environment where everyone no matter what role title they have will help as required
- Monday to Friday
- PropertyTree software used
- Parking provided onsite
ABOUT YOU
- 6-12 months experience within Property Management
- A keen interest to progress your Property Management career and to join an agency that will support your development
- Reliable vehicle with QLD drives licence valid (although you will have access to their 4 company cars onsite)
- QLD Real Estate registration essential
