The Client

Our client is a multi-office, staff-focused Real Estate business, that promotes opportunities for progression, provides their team with unmatched training and support, and provides state-of-the-art technology to make days easier. The Role

Supported by experienced senior management and day-to-day by a Leasing consultant and also a Property Officer who does your routines, ingoings and all tenant communications, you will be responsible for:
 

• Overseeing a portfolio of circa 200 properties
• Landlord relationship management and communications
• Oversee the tasks of the Property Officer and Leasing Exec
• Minimise rental arrears, and maximise returns to landlords
• Undertake rent reviews, increases and renewals
• Manage any elevated issues and Act Compliance
• Prepare for and attend NCAT when required

   Requirements

• Previous experience in residential portfolio management
• Hold a real estate Certificate or License
• Have a current Driver’s license and motor vehicle
• Good communication skills, both verbally and via computer
