A renowned name in real estate, is expanding with the creation of a new property management division. We are seeking a driven individual who has recently began their property management career to take on this newly created role. As a Property Manager within the new division, your primary focus will be managing commercial and industrial properties. This role offers a unique blend of property management and business development, with a bonus structure in place for bringing new managements into the business.
Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property performance
- Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the property management portfolio
- Utilise Cirrus 8 software to streamline property management processes and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to both property owners and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
The skills and experience required for this role:
- Proven experience in property management, particularly in commercial and industrial properties
- Strong business development skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Cirrus 8 software or willingness to learn
