Our client is one of Australia’s leading property groups who are at the forefront of constructing high end & luxurious developments across NSW.
This exciting role will be based out of one of their brand new, modern offices and stunning waterfront locations. To top it all off, your small portfolio will be within walking distance!
- Managing a portfolio of brand new properties
- Address any landlord or tenant enquires
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Carry out ingoing, routine and final inspections
- Leasing duties and checking tenancy applications
- Undertake rental increases and relets
About You
- Property management experience essential
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Be mature-minded, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Experience with PropertyTree will be highly regarded
- Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
