The Role:

Charged with taking care of this extremely tidy portfolio (yes – we know everyone says this, but it really is!), this role will see you assisted by a Leasing Executives and responsible for the following:

• Day to day management of the portfolio of 170 properties
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Organising repairs and maintenance
• Carrying out routine inspections & providing reports 
• Rent reviews & increases
• Increasing profitability of the rent roll

Requirements:

• Property Management experience essential
• Fantastic presentation and attitude
• Certificate of Registration + vehicle
• Eastern suburb local / knowledge of area pref.
