Property Manager

• Prime Eastern suburbs location

Working in a team of 3 other experienced PM’s who run their own portfolios autonomously, you will be responsible for:

• Day to day portfolio management of 180 residential properties
• Taking all enquiries from landlords and tenants
• Maintaining all properties to a high standard
• Managing the leasing process
• Minimising arrears and maximising rent
• Annual inspections and rental reviews / increases
• Dispute resolution and Tribunal attendance if required

Requirements:

• 2+ years property management experience
• Current CoR, Car & Drivers licence
• Great presentation & communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously
