About this Opportunity
Due to consistent and ongoing growth they are looking to bring in the next SUPERSTAR Property Manager, to oversee their growth portfolio.
This portfolio will be custom fit to meet the successful candidates experience, however it is likely you will be tasked with the management of circa 45 properties initially, allowing the successful applicant to be trained in new systems and processes without being under the pump!
Duties will include;
- Liaising with Owners, Tenants, Contractors
- Responding to emails/calls in a timely manner
- Quarterly inspections
- Final Bonds
- Maintenance
- Rental arrears
Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 2 years in a Property Management role confidently managing your own portfolio is ideal, along with a great attitude and drive is essential!!
A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.
You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
