THE ROLE:
Working as a team with the Director to manage circa 200 residential properties (only 123 landlords) this role will see you responsible for:
- Taking and addressing tenant enquiries
- Conducting ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
- Minimising arrears & undertaking rent reviews / increases
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Undertake all leasing duties including advertising and showings
- Preparing and signing lease agreements
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- PM experience essential
- A current Certificate of Registration and Driver’s License
- Strong admin and communication skills
- Business development skills desirable
