About our Client
Our client has been servicing Brisbane and the surrounds as an independent agency for the last 5 years. With a team of 5 well established and professional members, they present a combined experience within the Real Estate industry of more then 50 years in Property Management and Sales.

The Role

• Managing a small and well-maintained portfolio end to end, including but not limited to lease renewals, entries, exits, routines, arrears and maintenance
• Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday’s
• Small supportive team of 5, with great team culture
• No trust accounting required

The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
• Proven time management and organisation
• Experience with Console preferred, but not essential
• Minimum of 12 months in a similar role
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Current Driver License
