Our client is a well established, full service and highly successful residential real estate agency located in Perth's southern suburbs.
They are now seeking a passionate property manager to join their friendly, down to earth team, reporting into a highly experienced and passionate Head of Department and manage a portfolio of around 80 properties end to end.
In order to keep work hours Monday to Friday 9-5 and minimise the need for any after hours work, small and manageable portfolios are an absolute must for this 'work life balance' focused agency.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
- Quarterly routine inspections
- Arranging maintenance
- Ingoing property condition reports
- Home opens
- Retal arrears
The successful will hold a current WA Property Management Registration and be up to date with CPD points. You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years end to end property management experience and be familiar with PropertyTree or similar cloud based systems. You must also have your license and own vehicle.
