About this opportunity
Working amongst a small fun (family style) team and reporting to the Licensee you will be responsible for the end to end management of an extremely well run portfolio of around 100 properties. Our Client has built incredible processes and procedures over time allowing great synergy within the team.
Duties will include;
- Owner, tenant and contractor liaison
- Rental arrears process
- Final bond inspections
- Ingoing property condition reports
- Inspections
- Leasing
- Trust Accounts / End of Month
Ideal Candidate
You will need to bring your team player attitude and a minimum of two years end to end portfolio management experience to be considered for this fantastic opportunity. Exposure to PropertyMe would be ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration and a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this role.
