The Company:
Our client is based in an exciting & multi-cultural hub on the city fringe. Thriving due to the stellar reputation of two businesses who have recently merger, they are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their high vibe team!
Your New Role:
Looking after a portfolio of approximately 150-200 properties with accounts AND leasing support, as well as little to no Saturday work your duties will include:
- Day to day management of a tidy portfolio of 150-200 properties (dependent on your experience)
- Minimise arrears and maximise occupancy throughout the portfolio
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Dispute resolution
- Attend Tribunal
- Organise repairs & maintenance
About You:
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration (or License)
- Ideally 2+ years’ Property Management experience
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Additional language skills are highly advantageous
- License & vehicle
