Responsibilities:

Luckily our client is extremely flexible as it is all about the right fit and attitude. They are happy to consider an experienced Property Manager, or someone ready to step up.

Your day to day will include:

• Day to day management of 150 – 160 residential properties
• Take and action calls from tenants and landlords
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Undertake routine and outgoing inspections
• Reduce arrears and maximise rents
• Conduct lease sign-ups
• Apply to and appear at Tribunal when required
• Business development - optional

• The ability to autonomously manage your own portfolio
• Strong legislative knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Car and Driver’s License & Certificate of Registration mandatory
• Experience in the REST, Property Tree and FileSmart highly regarded
• Impeccable presentation and outstanding customer service focus
