Our Client is a full service Residential Real Estate agency located just a short drive North of the City.   With stunning offices, fantastic Directors and high energy fun team.

 

About this Opportunity

This portfolio has been lovingly looked after by the same Property Manager for close to seven years and is in great shape.

All properties are located nearby with leasing and inspections support, along with support of a full-time Property Management Assistant.  You will also have a highly experienced Head of Department, to nurture you confidently into managing your own portfolio.

Using PropertyMe your duties will include;

• Ingoing Property Condition reports
• Quarterly Inspections
• Rental arrears
• Maintenance
• Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
• NO EOM or BDM

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Assistant Property Management or Junior Property Management role
• Current WA Property Management registration with up to date CPD points
• Valid WA drivers license
• Experience using PropertyMe (or similar cloud based software) will be highly regarded
